Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all clients and partners engaging with LiftAdz Pvt Ltd. By availing our services, you accept these conditions in full.

a. Scope of Services
LiftAdz delivers out-of-home (OOH) digital advertising through a network of elevator screens
installed near lift waiting areas and poster frames in lifts installed in residential and commercial
high-rises. We handle display setup, content scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

b. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure that all advertising content complies with local regulations and community
  standards.
• Timely submission of creative materials is necessary to meet campaign deadlines.
• Clients must not submit misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content.

c. Payment Terms

• All campaigns are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
• Invoices are payable within 7 business days from the issue date.
• Late payments may attract penalties or service suspension.

d. Campaign Management

• The display period, frequency, and screen locations will be as per the campaign brief agreed
  upon prior to launch.
• Any mid-campaign changes must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.

e. Termination

• Either party may terminate a campaign with 14 days' written notice.
• Early termination fees may apply depending on the stage of execution.

f. Intellectual Property

• LiftAdz retains ownership of all proprietary display technology and management software.

g. Limitation of Liability

LiftAdz shall not be held liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to, reduced sales or footfall. Our liability is limited to the value of the campaign fee paid.

h. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.

i. Code of Conduct for Advertisers

LiftAdz reserves the right to reject content that promotes hate, misinformation, or illegal products.

j. Disclaimer

LiftAdz reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically for updates.
