LiftAdz values user privacy and data protection across its network.
- We collect minimal data necessary to operate our network, including screen uptime, device
health, and anonymous engagement metrics.
- We do not track personally identifiable user behavior.
- Advertisers' information is stored securely and shared only with authorized internal teams.
- Our software does not record video or audio.
- Data is stored on secure servers in India and purged after 12 months unless otherwise required.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
a. Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:
- Screens failed to function for more than 48 consecutive hours.
- Campaign was not displayed due to an error on our part.
- Display locations were significantly different from what was agreed upon.
b. Process
- Refund requests must be emailed to info@liftadz.com within 7 days of campaign end.
- Include campaign ID, invoice number, and supporting evidence.
c. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of marketing strategy by the client after campaign start.
- Creative issues caused by the client (e.g. poor-quality content, late submissions).
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
d. Disclaimer
LiftAdz reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Clients are encouraged to review
them periodically for updates.
Pricing Policy
- Pricing is determined by factors such as screen location (residential vs. commercial), screen size, duration, and frequency of ad display.
- Bulk and long-term bookings are eligible for discounted rates.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
